Estimated shipping times

  • Canada : 3 - 9 business days
  • North America : 3 - 7 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Custom and personalised orders

We take custom/personalized requests.

I would be happy to do a custom design. However, I do not start any work(including designing) until the item is paid for. In the event that you are not happy with the design, my policy is to either design until you are satisfied(up to 3 designs) or refund all but a 10% design fee

Proofs can take us up to 3 business days to complete depending on the volume of requests at the time the request is made.

Wholesale availability

Yes, We offer Wholesale prices. We have many trade partners across North America that we supply with our products. We are always looking for new partners. Please contact us with any questions you may have.

Lost and damaged items

All our items are packaged with great care and attention. In case your package is damaged during transportation, please do NOT open it and send us a picture of the damage, so that we can file a claim with the courier company. If you open the damaged package, we are not able to accept your claim.

We consider an order successfully shipped if the tracking system marks it as delivered. If the tracking system marks your order as delivered but you didn’t receive it, it is, unfortunately, beyond our control.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In case of any shipment complications, however, we will do anything necessary to help you resolve the issue in the best possible way.
